Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience during my stay. While the location was excellent, allowing easy access to the historic district just across the river, I faced some issues with parking and the TV in my room. The staff was personable, and the fitness center was great. but I wish the breakfast had been included.
I really enjoyed my stay. the hotel was very clean, and the beds were among the most comfortable I’ve had in a while. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, even during a busy holiday week. However, I faced some challenges with parking, which was a bit of a hassle and left me feeling uneasy as a solo traveler.
I had a mixed experience at the Voco St Augustine Historic Area. The location was fantastic – super close to downtown and all the cool restaurants. However, I faced some issues like the rude front desk service and a serious parking hassle that left me feeling pretty stressed out. The hotel needs to step up its game on customer service for sure.
I had a pleasant stay at Voco St Augustine Historic Area, enjoying the cleanliness and comfortable beds. although there were a few hiccups with the TV and hot water. The staff was amazing and attentive, even during the busy holiday week. The location was perfect for exploring the historic district, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants.
I had a good experience at Voco St Augustine, but there were a few drawbacks. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring the historic area. However, I was bothered by the smell from guests smoking in the hallway, and the TV setup was a bit confusing. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but felt there could be some improvements.
